Employees are purchasing PPE such as but not limited to slip resistant boots. 5. The employees are exposed to hazards of being struck by falling objects from crates and trays that are stacked to unsafe and unstable levels. 6. At the assembly lines, employees are exposed to hazards such as but not limited to inadequate machine guarding.
