On or about February 3, 2021, an employee injured their foot at work and sustained an injury that required surgery. The employer was required to sit in the training room for a couple of hours before receiving treatment. Findings: Through the inspection process and employee interviews it was found that the employee slipped on ice in the parking lot and the employer switched contractors that same day to clean the parking lot. No citations issued. 3. The employer has not taken the appropriate steps to protect employees from SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 including but not limited to having employees wear facemasks. Findings: Through the inspection process and employee interviews it was found that the employees wear face masks. No citations issued.
