The doctor at this location; doesn't require patients to wear a face masks when entering the building. A patient was positive for Covid approximately 2 weeks ago. The doctor has direct contact with the patient considering this is a chiropractic office. He is very close with patients

adjusting all areas of the spine, contact while only wearing a cloth face mask. Once the patient called and confirmed he had Covid the office did not do any other precautions into not exposing other patients. Friday their office was closed due to the doctor feeling unwell. But re opened the following Monday while the doctor refuses to get tested.

Floor cracks are getting wider and destroying our PIT equipment, walls are uneven and mold is at an all time high as employees struggle to breathe comfortably in the warehouse. Mold in floor cracks and between walls and boxes. Low quality concrete floor unsafe to support 6 ton PIT.

I assume Lockport cares is possibly food poisoning people. Lockport cares gives you bag lunches , breakfast and dinner.
For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.
I'm not allowed back because I claaid they were food poisoning people

My blood sugar was low and I was coughing up blood and my teeth were bleeding.
