I received a flat, securely sealed envelope from Gathers Fottys 3646 S. Wolcott, Chicago, IL 60609

When I opened it -it was empty.

I googled the company and came across many "scam" reviews. I do not recall ordering from this company.

I ordered a koala snugly from the company called Snugly. I get an email in transit with a tracking number then I get another 2 weeks later waiting for new stock to arrive at warehouse. I’ve since asked for a refund and now no communication
